When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you can’t find your order confirmation email in your inbox, there’s a good chance it may be in your spam or junk mail folder. Once your order has shipped, you can track it from our website.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days of the order being placed.
Shipment will arrive in between 6-10 business days after the shipment date, depending on the availability of the carrier provider and location.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of KANZARO. These interruptions include, but are not limited to, delays caused by the transportation system, shipping carrier or processing of cardholder's credit/debit card. Delivery delays due to service interruptions or inclement weather conditions are not the responsibility of KANZARO or the carrier.
Orders are shipped during regular business days. If you place your order during the weekend or a public holiday, your order will be sent out during the following monday, so you can allow additional days to receive your tracking details.
While we work hard to make sure your order arrives safely to you, we recognize that sometimes things happen. We understand how frustrating it may be, which is why we offer shipping protection on all of our products. Depending on the issue, we may offer a refund, replacement, or a free return.
If you experience any issues with your package, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org , and we will make the situation right. Please make sure to reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
If you have received a notification that your package has been delivered, but you can’t find it, please check your surroundings and with your household members, neighbors, or your building manager. Packages may be behind bushes, delivered to the back door, etc. If you still haven’t located your package, please allow at least 48 hours before contacting us at email@example.com -- in some cases, packages are marked as delivered prior to their arrival.
